We look to recruit Graduate Civil Engineers with a BEng/MEng Civil Engineering degree or equivalent and every year we place 35 – 40 new graduates on site and allow them to become important members of the construction team. We offer a training scheme, ‘Under Agreement’, which will lead to Eng Tech and both Incorporated and Chartered Engineer status. Our training schemes have received numerous industry awards and are seen as benchmark programmes by universities, institutions and the industry, offering broad based training and experience in all aspects of Civil Engineering.
We are also able to offer summer vacation and supervised work experience placements based on one of our civil engineering contracts to undergraduates following courses in Civil Engineering. For undergraduates who successfully complete a placement, there is the opportunity of sponsorship for the remainder of the degree course.
