Waterman Aspen is the Secondment and Outsourcing service within Waterman. We provide a unique service by offering our own permanently employed staff to clients throughout the UK on a secondment basis.
Our staff work in a client’s office as an integral part of their team for as long or short a period as is required by the client. Our secondment service co-exists with the traditional consultancy in our offices throughout the UK and Internationally.
All seconded staff can call on the expertise and management support of staff in these offices should the need arise. The service is managed by Engineers for Engineers. The key to our continued success is the focus that we place on the calibre of our employees and management, together with the flexibility that we offer our clients to assist them in the delivery of their projects.
